The Roberts Academy and Dyslexia Center at Vanderbilt University, established with a transformational gift from Hal and Marjorie Roberts, is an academy for primary students with dyslexia and an innovative center focused on outreach and dyslexia research. For the 2024-25 academic year, the center’s temporary location opened its doors to 21 third- and fourth-grade students. Vanderbilt will break ground on the center’s permanent location in January 2025. The new two story, 66,500-square-feet facility will be located near the Peabody Campus at the corner of 17th Avenue South and Edgehill Avenues. The Roberts Academy and Dyslexia Center’s permanent location will welcome students for the 2026-27 academic year.
