  • Project Information: The key features of this project include bringing the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations and its research under one roof, while embracing the historic character of Peabody’s architecture and setting a vision for the future. The project includes upgrading office and classroom spaces, updating systems such as HVAC and elevators, replacing the roof and windows, restoring the historic masonry including below-grade waterproofing, and making site improvements to address accessibility issues in and around the building.
